Hatha Yoga unites pairs of opposites referring to the positive (sun) and negative (moon) currents in the human system. Hatha Flow Intensive classes help open the various energy channels in our body, which allows the Prana - Universal Life Force energy to flow freely throughout our system. A variety of props are used to enhance flexibility, strengthen bodily intelligence, as well as help discharge and release excessive toxins in our system.

Deep Vinyasa Flow Petaluma
Sundays: 11:00am - 12:30pm
Deep Vinyasa Flow classes originate from the Sanskrit word Vinyasa which means ''breath-synchronized movement.'' In this class you are invited to move from one asana to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This technique is called Vinyasa Flow because of the smooth way that the asanas run together and evolve into a natural rhythm or dance. This style allows for a lot of variety, including movement, stretching, holding of poses and focus on alignment. A Deep Vinyasa class touches all parts of the body.
Eco-YogaFusion
Mondays: 2:00 - 3:00pm
Eco-YogaFusion is an eco-spiritual approach to Yoga which concentrates on bringing balance, harmony and flow - internally and externally to ourselves and our environment. This class helps establish a strong union of mind-body-spirit with the four elements of Mother Earth - fire, earth, air and water. Focusing on each element Eco-YogaFusion enables us to integrate various asanas into our Yoga practice, which help us heal the undernourished areas in our body that have been affected most by environmental toxins, work related stress and anxiety.
Gentle Yoga
Wednesdays: 7:00 - 8:30pm
The intention of Gentle Yoga classes is to relax and rejuvenate the body, as we learn to expand our range of physical motion and movement. Gentle Yoga helps us integrate emotions, and bring a calm stillness to the mind, while releasing stress and tension from our body. Focusing on creating an ongoing and regular individual practice of yoga this class helps increase bodily awareness as a way to improve our overall health and well-being in a non-intrusive and nurturing manner.
